Is the 7-day trial really without a credit card?
Yes. You sign up with your email, start Pro and have 7 days to test. If you don’t add a payment method, your account drops back to Free at the end.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Changes are prorated. You can move Standard → Pro or downgrade anytime from your dashboard.
Does my data stay in Europe?
Yes by default. With local Llama, your prompts never leave our Belgian GPUs. If you enable OpenAI or Anthropic, you are explicitly informed.
What counts as tokens?
All LLM calls (prompt + response). With the local model, the counter doesn’t move — only cloud models (OpenAI, Anthropic) consume.
Any commitment?
No. All plans are monthly and cancellable anytime from your account.
