Shipping & Returns

Everything about the shipping of your orders and the return procedure for the Cloud Consulting Mastery store.
1. Delivery zones
We deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands and most European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The exact list of available countries is shown at checkout.
2. Shipping costs
Standard shipping: €4.90 regardless of the number of items. FREE shipping from €75. Exact costs are displayed before payment validation.
3. Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days depending on destination. These times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
4. Order tracking
A confirmation email is sent as soon as payment is validated. You will be notified when your parcel ships. Any questions: hamza@cloudconsultingmastery.com.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an item, without justification. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.
6. Return procedure
1. Contact us at hamza@cloudconsultingmastery.com with your order reference. 2. We provide you with the return address. 3. Return the item(s) carefully packaged. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective items or our error). 4. Upon receipt and verification, we issue the refund.
7. Refunds
The refund is made to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the return. For defective or non-compliant items, return shipping costs are also refunded.
8. Defective item or error
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will arrange an exchange or full refund, including return shipping.
