Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales of products from the Cloud Consulting Mastery online store (CCM × Orion collection). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Seller

2. Products
The products offered (apparel and accessories from the CCM and Orion collections) are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly regarding colours. Products are offered while stocks last.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed before final order validation, on the payment page. Cloud Consulting Mastery reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
The customer selects items, adds them to the cart, then validates the order. The order is confirmed after payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. Cloud Consulting Mastery reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment dispute or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, fully secured, through our payment provider Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Accepted payment methods include cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No card data is stored on our servers: it is processed directly and exclusively by Stripe. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery zones, times and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Shipping is free from €75. Delivery times are indicative; a delay cannot lead to order cancellation or damages.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian economic law and EU regulation, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. To do so, contact us at hamza@cloudconsultingmastery.com. Products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
8. Returns and refunds
Any defective, non-compliant or damaged product may be returned. After verification, Cloud Consulting Mastery will replace or refund it. Refunds are made via the original payment method. See our Shipping & Returns page for the detailed procedure.
9. Legal warranty of conformity
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) under Belgian and EU law. In case of non-conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement or refund under the legal conditions.
10. Personal data
Data collected during an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Payment data is processed by Stripe. Order data is retained in accordance with legal accounting obligations (10 years).
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, Belgian courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
